All of them use Lightning, and none use custodial wallets. This is more than simply a choice, because if the option were available, it would be easier.
New York State has the most restrictive regulations pertaining to custodial services. No strike. No River. No primal or Cash App for Lightning. Self-custodial Lightning is the only game in town, and it’s not exactly straightforward to set up for a business.
